Eligibility for Returns
All unused camping gear including tents, sleeping bags, folding tables, and portable chairs qualifies for return within 30 calendar days of original delivery date. Items must remain in original, undamaged packaging with all included accessories, storage sacks, and parts intact. Used, stained, damaged, or heavily soiled outdoor equipment cannot be accepted for full refund or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return, submit a support request referencing your order number. Our team will provide clear US return shipping instructions once eligibility is confirmed. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived defective, mis-shipped, or damaged during transit.
Refund Timeline
Once returned gear is received and inspected at our processing facility, full purchase amount refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 standard business days. Partial refunds may apply for incomplete returned sets or missing product components.
Exclusions
Clearance, final-sale camping accessories and custom-sized gear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Damage caused by improper outdoor use, accidental tearing, or weather neglect voids all return eligibility.
